OUR LOCATION

We are about 20 miles West of Kenora on highway #17 about 10 miles South of highway #17 to the Shoal Lake landing. From here we are about a 5 mile boat ride to our island location in the middle of Shoal Lake.

Driving from the East...

Head north on hwy 71 thru Nestor Falls and Sioux Narrows towards Kenora. At the junction with hwy 17, head west. Either go into Kenora if you have time to shop or are staying the night, or take the bypass around town. West of Kenora the Hwys rejoin and we are about 20 miles from here. On the right side a few miles along is the Clearwater Shell and market. They have beer etc here. Continue west until you see hwy 673 on the left to shoal lake. Miss it and you will see the welcome to Manitoba sign next! Hwy 673 is 10 miles long. The first 5 miles are paved and the second 5 is good gravel. Travel thru the reserve and straight ahead. Once at the fork on the hill with the tower go left to the lake you can see. Here is the first landing and store. Keep going along the lakeshore following the road to the end and the landing. Remember to call from about an hour away to the lodge so we can meet you on time at the docks.

Driving from the West...

From the west or the Winnipeg airport travel to Hwy #1 east towards Ontario. Almost all the way is divided 4 lane Hwy. Shortly after the Hwy changes to only 2 lanes you will pass the" Welcome to Ontario" sign. We are the first right hand turn in Ontario on Hwy 673.
